9 Fu Tei Road

Forward Living is the first elderly residential care home built under the Government's " Incentive Scheme to Encourage Provision of Residential Care Home for the Elderly Premises in New Private Developments", Located at Tuen Mun No.9 Fu Tei Road. The project began in 2003 and finally obtained a residential care home for the elderly license from the Social Welfare Department in 2021. Forward Living is a 9-story senior living community with a total area of 60,000 square feet. The home offers single rooms, double rooms and five-persons rooms to cater to the needs of residents requiring various levels of care. A total of 229 bedspaces will be provided in 2 phases.

Forward Living is located away from the city core, next to Lingnan University. Residents have access to rare environment in Hong Kong surrounded by greenery and fresh air which helps to promote a healthy lifestyle.
